Salary Range: $36.90 - $52.35 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (9a-5p) with on-call duties

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CT Tech Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the technical administration and management of the CT section of the Radiology department. Your primary responsibilities will include daily staff assignments, managing patient flow, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, troubleshooting equipment failures, enforcing radiation safety guidelines, and maintaining compliance with VDH standards. Additionally, you will oversee imaging quality, provide technical guidance to staff, maintain current CT protocols, manage supplies, support management initiatives, and ensure compliance with educational requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Tech
Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification
ARRT - CT Certification
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
Leadership experience not required, but preferred

Additional Information:

Day shift position, Monday to Friday (9a-5p), with on-call duties
Competitive salary range: $36.90 (0 years of experience) to $52.35 (10+ years of experience) per hour
