Location: Kingwood, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Shift
Compensation: $39.04 – $58.56 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

A leading medical facility in Kingwood, TX is seeking an experienced and motivated Emergency Room Nurse Manager to oversee evening shift operations. This leadership role is ideal for a clinically strong RN with a proven background in emergency services who is passionate about staff development, patient safety, and high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage clinical and administrative functions of the Emergency Department
Serve as a resource for education, mentoring, and performance improvement
Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based care aligned with hospital and regulatory standards
Collaborate with directors and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and outcomes
Manage staffing, policy adherence, and performance metrics for evening shift

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent acute care leadership experience in the Emergency Department
Active Texas RN license or compact license with Texas endorsement within 90 days
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
TNCC and PALS certifications required
