Pay Range: $27.72 – $39.60/hour (based on experience)

5+ years: ~$33/hr
10+ years: ~$36.30/hr
15+ years: ~$39.60/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to join our high-acuity Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED). This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment, rapid triage skills, and the ability to care for patients across all ages and acuity levels. Key Responsibilities

Triage, assess, and treat patients with a full spectrum of emergency needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Collaborate effectively with physicians, diagnostic teams, and support staff
Provide discharge education and ensure appropriate follow-up referrals
Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines and hospital standards

Qualifications

1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience required
Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
Active Florida RN license or multistate compact (must obtain FL license before start)

Required Certifications

BLS – prior to start
ACLS & PALS – within 90 days of hire
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 90 days of hire
