🔍 Job Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate staff activities in the Emergency Department, Free-Standing Emergency Department, and Urgent Care.
Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physicians' instructions and hospital policies.
Oversee organizational improvement activities and policy development.
Maintain quality control programs and provide staff education and training.
Collaborate with other nursing units and departments for continuity of patient care.

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with BSN required.
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
5+ years of nursing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in emergency services management preferred.
