Your Role as an Emergency Services Manager

As the Evening Shift Leader , you’ll ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence during critical hours. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Oversee daily operations and staffing for the emergency department, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety, streamline workflows, and improve outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including equipment maintenance and accreditation requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: Recent leadership experience in emergency care, preferably managing off-shifts.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications: Current RN license in Texas, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be obtained within specified timelines).
