Position Summary: As a Wound Care RN, you'll play a crucial role in observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. Responsibilities include health teaching, counseling, medication administration, and prescribed treatment application. Our commitment to wound healing leverages cutting-edge technologies and aggressive approaches for patients, regardless of wound duration.

Our multidisciplinary wound healing approach addresses root causes, controls infection, and improves overall health. We prioritize holistic care, addressing both physical and emotional needs, in collaboration with primary care physicians.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Current Texas Registered Nurse license. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS certification).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care wound care experience in the last 2 years.
Certification: CWOC (Wound Care) Certification Required.
Education: BSN degree required.
