Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatrics

Location: Southbridge, MA 01550

Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13-week renewable contract

Salary: $1,128-$1,316/week

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in Pediatrics to join our team. As an LVN/LPN in Pediatrics, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our young patients. If you have at least one year of experience in Pediatrics and are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents.
Perform comprehensive assessments and document patients' medical histories.
Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patients' vital signs and observe any changes in condition.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measures.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

Current and valid license as an LVN or LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum of one year of experience in Pediatrics.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
CPR certification required.
COVID-19 vaccination in compliance with facility guidelines.
