Responsibilities: As an Emergency Room RN , you will:

Provide immediate and comprehensive care to patients in the emergency room setting, assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Triage patients based on the severity of their condition, initiating treatment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients and provide appropriate care.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform various medical procedures, ensuring accurate documentation of all interventions and patient responses.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, offering emotional support and education to promote understanding and cooperation.
Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and hospital policies, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and healthcare providers.
