Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $38.52 – $53.70 (based on years of experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee the operations of a busy Med Surg unit. In this leadership position, you’ll guide clinical staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with other healthcare leaders to ensure excellent patient outcomes and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations for a 32–36 bed Med Surg unit
Lead, mentor, and support RNs, CNCs, and ancillary staff
Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow
Collaborate with Directors and interdisciplinary teams to achieve performance goals
Drive initiatives related to quality improvement, patient experience, and team engagement
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (Charge RN, CNC, or Nurse Manager) in an acute care hospital setting required
