- Salary Range: $25 (1 year) - $36 (max) based on experience. Night differential: $3, Weekend differential: $2.
- Sign-on Bonus: $5000 for FT RNs with 1+ year of direct acute care experience.

Our facility boasts 266 beds and provides 24/7 Emergency Services in Leon and Gadsden Counties.
Unit Description: The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is a fast-paced, challenging unit with 44 beds, catering to adult and geriatric patients. We offer intermediate level inpatient care with all beds equipped with telemetry capabilities. The unit is designed for patients who require more monitoring than a medical-surgical unit but less than a critical care unit.
Position Summary: Seeking a dedicated RN to provide professional nursing care to our patients, collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver quality care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN required.
- Licensure/Certification: Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license, BLS – AHA Healthcare Provider, ACLS.
- Experience: 1-3 years of acute care experience preferred.
- Skills: Basic English, transcription of physician’s orders, knowledge of universal precautions, basic computer skills, basic arrhythmia test recognition.
Additional Information:
- Must have at least 1 year of short term or long term acute care experience.
- Patient to Nurse Ratio: 1:5
- Shifts: Days and Nights (7-7)
- PCT support available on the unit.
- Must be willing to care for COVID patients.
