Schedule: Monday–Friday (5x8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends & On-Call
Salary: $29.56 – $44.34 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are hiring an Echo Technologist to join a leading cardiac imaging team in Tallahassee, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound imaging and assist with Transesophageal Echo procedures at a top-tier healthcare facility. The ideal candidate is experienced in echocardiography and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiac ultrasound imaging using M-mode, 2D imaging, and color flow Doppler

  • Assist physicians during Transesophageal Echocardiograms

  • Follow protocols aligned with IACEL imaging standards

  • Ensure accurate documentation and image reporting

  • Prioritize patient flow to maintain efficiency

  • Maintain imaging equipment and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree or certificate in Echocardiography

  • Certifications:

    • RCS (CCI) or RDCS (ARDMS) required

    • BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)

  • Experience: Prior experience preferred but not required with active certification
