This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and enhancing the lives of infants with communication, cognitive, and swallowing impairments.

Role and Responsibilities:

🗣️ Conduct subjective assessments of speech and language during spontaneous conversations.
📊 Administer objective tests to evaluate communication strengths and weaknesses.
📈 Develop and implement tailored treatment programs to improve patient communication abilities.
📝 Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
🤝 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient placement and care.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology.
🆔 Active Speech Pathologist licensure.
❤️ Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
🌟 Minimum of one year of NICU SLP experience necessary.

Work Schedule:

🕒 Full-time position; days with rotating weekends.
