Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Location: 34400 Mission Blvd, Union City, CA 94587
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday-Saturday
Hours: 40 hours per week (Weekend rotation required)

Job Summary:
Join Masonic Homes of California, a breathtaking continuing care retirement community in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are searching for a passionate PTA to aid in delivering therapeutic care across our diverse facilities, which include SNF, ALF, and ILF on our beautiful 267-acre campus.

Qualifications:

Current PTA license in the state of California
Experience in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, memory care, and post-surgical rehab
A heart for service and improving resident well-being

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing physical therapy treatments and resident rehabilitation plans
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Help residents achieve their maximum levels of physical activity and independence
