Salary: 29.56−29.56−44.34 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Details: Days, Monday-Friday (5x8-hour shifts starting at 07:00) with rotating weekends and on-call duties.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Echo Technologist to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Tallahassee, FL. This role involves performing diagnostic cardiac ultrasound imaging and assisting physicians during Transesophageal Echo procedures.

As an Echo Technologist, you will:

• Obtain diagnostic cardiac ultrasound images using M-mode, color flow Doppler, and two-dimensional imaging.

• Follow imaging protocols recommended by IACEL.

• Assist physicians during Transesophageal Echo procedures.

• Prioritize and organize patient flow to optimize efficiency.

• Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiography procedures with precision and accuracy.

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of imaging results.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.

• Provide exceptional patient care and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate Degree or Certificate in Echocardiography.

• Certifications: RCS (CCI) or RDCS (ARDMS) required. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

• Experience: Open to candidates with relevant certifications; experience in echocardiography preferred.
