📝 Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care during the designated shift. They direct nursing care, serve as a resource person for staff, and support the organization’s vision/mission/values.

📋 Responsibilities:

🚪 Assist with admission and discharge processes.
🌟 Collaborate to assess the quality of patient care services.
🤝 Create a teamwork environment and support a patient-first philosophy.
📢 Provide recommendations for staff selection, training, and scheduling.
📦 Support inventory control and equipment management.

🎓 Qualifications:

📚 Two (2) years of clinical practice and leadership/management experience.
🏥 ACUTE CARE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE required.
⚕️ Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support certifications.
🎓 Registered Nurse Diploma; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
📝 Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse.
