We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Mother-Baby Unit at a leading healthcare facility in Dallas, TX. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and a positive patient experience for mothers and newborns.

What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Mother-Baby Unit, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Lead and mentor a team of 79.2 FTEs, including RNs, CNCs, and lactation specialists.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care, staff engagement, and departmental efficiency.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with physicians, staff, and hospital leadership to achieve organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Advanced degree preferred.
Licensure: Current RN license in Texas or compact state.
Certifications: BLS and NRP required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a Mother-Baby Unit (2 years with supervisory experience may be considered).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
