Shift: 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30)

Job Duration: 13-week renewable contract

Salary: $1,922-$2,243/week

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Marion, IN. As a Telemetry RN, you will play a critical role in monitoring and providing care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other relevant patient data.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide interventions as prescribed.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and comprehensively.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing.
Previous travel nursing experience is required.
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to float to other inpatient units as needed.
Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per facility guidelines (medical/religious exemptions only).
