Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary Range: $91,624 – $128,294 (based on RN management experience; starting pay typically around $100k for new managers)
Shift: Full-Time Days

Position Overview:
As the Medical Telemetry Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-acuity, progressive care unit, ensuring patient-centered, quality care. Working closely with your team, you'll help implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day unit operations to ensure adherence to patient care standards
Guide and support your team to achieve quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance
Lead initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction and deliver an exceptional patient experience
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource management to meet patient care needs effectively
Mentor and develop nursing staff through ongoing feedback and professional growth
Qualifications:
2+ years of recent acute care leadership experience (CNC, House Supervisor, or Charge RN)
5+ years of total RN experience
ACLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
BLS certification (required upon hire)
Current RN license (state or compact)

Unit Size: 25 beds
Support System: Collaborate with charge nurses, peer managers, and Director of Acute Care
Team Composition: Manage a team of RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and monitor techs
