Compensation:

Base: $30.00 - $42.00/hour (based on experience)
Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hour
Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour

Essential Qualifications:

Education: ASN required; BSN preferred.
Licensing: FL RN license, BLS Certification, ACLS & PALS/ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, CEN (details in post).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in an ED setting is preferred.
Abilities: Proficient in PC skills, critical thinking, and strong communication.

Duties:

Direct patient care & assessments.
Administer medications and interventions.
Order & interpret diagnostic tests.
Educate patients & families.
Adhere to clinical & hospital protocols.
Participate in continuous improvement and professional development.

Shift Details:

🌙 Nights only (7:00 pm - 7:00 am)
Experience in the ER or ICU is preferred.

Experience-Based Pay:

2 yrs: $30/hr | 5 yrs: $33/hr | 10 yrs: $36/hr | 17+ yrs: $42/hr (MAX)

Additional Perks:

Sign-On Bonus for those with 1+ year of acute experience (case by case).
