Shifts Available: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends) - URGENT need for Day shift
Hourly Pay Range:
$30.45/hr (entry level) - $44.24/hr (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.50/hr Nights | +$1.50/hr Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available case by case

About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-based setting. You will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and delivering care to patients recovering from surgery or illness in a 63-bed unit with a 5-6:1 nurse-patient ratio. Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and nursing needs.
Perform patient assessments and document relevant findings.
Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and recovery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
Administer medications, monitor responses, and adjust as necessary.
Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with protocols.

Requirements:

1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (LTAC/Rehab experience with acute background may be considered).
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days).
Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
BSN preferred.
BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire.
NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of hire.
ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
