Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

About the Program: As a StaRN Graduate Nurse Resident, you will:

Enjoy meaningful learning opportunities: Immerse yourself in a supportive cohort setting, where networking and skill-building thrive.
Complete comprehensive training: Our program includes 10-12 weeks of new employee and unit orientation, didactic training, certification courses, simulation, and e-learning.
Gain hands-on experience: Spend 5-6 weeks working alongside dedicated preceptors in various units, including Med/Surg, Critical Care, Behavioral Health, and more.
International Students Welcome: We offer visa sponsorship for international students who graduated from accredited nursing programs within the United States (excluding nationals from India and China).

Qualifications: To be considered for this program, you should:

Hold a current nursing degree (associate's or bachelor's) by the start date.
Have passing NCLEX results by the start date.
Not have prior experience as an acute care hospital Registered Nurse.
Be flexible to work day or night shifts, depending on unit-specific needs.
Commit to a full-time Registered Nurse position for a two-year period.
Comply with the state mandate regarding the COVID-19 vaccine.
