Position: RN Unit Supervisor
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Shift: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week); Every other weekend; Holiday rotation

Job Summary:
This position provides leadership and direction to our short-term rehabilitation unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and staff accountability. The role is akin to managing a Med/Surg unit, with patient stays up to 15 days. The RN Unit Supervisor is key to the day-to-day operations of the unit and must lead by example, upholding the values and mission of HFSL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing care and operations of the rehabilitation unit
Implement and maintain high standards of patient care
Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and mentorship
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Manage patient care plans and monitor patient progress
Address and resolve any issues related to patient care or staff performance

Job Qualifications:

Current RN license in PA
5+ years of experience in Med/Surg or Rehab LTC/STR or hospital unit
3+ years in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership skills
Wound care experience highly desirable
