📋 Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and language abilities.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Provide speech therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

📝 Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania.
CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is required.
Previous experience in a senior living or similar setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
