📋 Responsibilities:

Ensure patient safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain quality of care per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Oversee operational and capital budget goals.
Collaborate with VP of Cardiac Services for effective CVOR and CVICU operations.
Maintain clinical management competency and professional growth.

📚 Qualifications:

3-5 years of Acute Care Leadership experience within Unit REQUIRED.
Baccalaureate degree in nursing required.
Current RN licensure or temporary permit from the Board of Nurse Examiners for Texas.
Current BCLS and ACLS certifications.
Prefer national certification in area of expertise (CCRN, CNA, CCRN).

💰 Salary Range:

Min: $84,849
Mid: $106,059 (10+ years of experience)
Max: $127,274 (20+ years of experience)
Pay is based on years of Experience
