Compensation: $40.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 36 – 48 per week
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
Shift Differentials: $3 for nights, $2 for weekends

Shift Options:

• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

We are seeking dedicated Float Pool (Med-Surg) RNs to join our team in a premier 288-bed acute-care hospital in Tallahassee, FL. This facility provides a wide range of services, including 24/7 emergency care, Behavioral Health, Cancer, and Heart & Vascular Centers. Role Overview:

As a Float Pool (Med-Surg) RN, you will play a vital role in patient care across multiple units. You will advocate for patients and families, conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and implement care plans with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute Med-Surg experience (within the last 1-2 years).
• Active RN license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure before start date.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
• BSN preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Required)

• Ability to Commute: Tallahassee, FL (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: Must relocate before starting work (Required)
