Your Role: As the Manager of Labor and Delivery and Antepartum, you will :Duties and Responsibilities

👩‍⚕️ Supervise department activities
🏥 Maintain clinical and operational excellence
🤝 Provide leadership and support to staff and physicians
💼 Deliver professional nursing care

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) required; Master’s Degree (MSN) preferred
📜 Current RN licensure in California
🩺 BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
💼 3+ years of supervision experience, 1-3 years of nursing management experience
💼 Expertise in Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and healthcare management

📅 Full-Time – Evenings; No Weekends
📞 Initial Phone Screen: 2 HOURS PER CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY
