About the Role

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department in Panama City, FL. This role requires strong clinical skills, rapid decision-making, and the ability to care for patients across all acuity levels. You will work with a supportive, experienced emergency team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Available Shifts

Day Shift (Rotating Weekends)
Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

Triage, assess, and provide treatment for patients with varying levels of acuity
Deliver high-quality, critical nursing care during medical emergencies
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Manage multiple cases efficiently while prioritizing patient needs
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license or multistate compact eligibility
1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last year)
ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
BLS required prior to start
Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire
