Job Title: Registered Nurse- Telemetry (Nights)

Salary Range: $30.74/hr - $43.50/hr, based on experience.
Differentials: Night ($4.00) and Weekend ($3.00).
Sign-on Bonus and Relocation assistance available (subject to HR approval).

Location: San Antonio, TX
Shift: Full-time Nights (7P-7A with rotating weekends)

Job Summary:
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will serve as an advocate for patients and their families. Your role will involve consistently applying the nursing process, utilizing critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to deliver safe nursing care. Collaboration with the patient care team is essential to achieve quality patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and serve as a resource to the patient care team.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program. BSN or specialty certification preferred.
Active RN License in Texas or Multi-State RN Compact License (must obtain Texas RN License within 90 days if holding a Compact License).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $30.74/hr - $43.50/hr, based on experience.
Differentials: Night ($4.00) and Weekend ($3.00).
