Social Worker 2 (LMSW required): Annual salary range $51,480 - $72,072.
Social Worker 3 (LCSW license required): Annual salary range $61,277 - $85,549.
Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 available.

Position Details:

🕰️ Full-time position with rotating weekends.
🌟 Two positions available: Social Worker 2 (LMSW required) and Social Worker 3 (LCSW license required).
💼 Responsibilities include non-clinical biopsychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, patient/family support, and discharge planning.

Job Responsibilities:

🤝 Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to address patient needs.
💡 Identify and address barriers to discharge and recovery.
📋 Perform assessments and develop appropriate discharge plans for high-risk patients.
🤲 Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.

Qualifications:

🎓 Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
📜 State License Eligible.
⏳ Minimum 1 year of hospital Social Work experience preferred.
