Location: Kingwood, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Salary Range: $142,958 – $214,448 annually
Bonus: 15% Annual Performance Incentive
Sign-On & Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Emergency Services to lead a large, high-performing emergency services network in Kingwood, TX. This role includes oversight of adult and pediatric emergency departments as well as three free-standing emergency departments (FSEDs). The VP will drive operational excellence, quality initiatives, and patient-centered care while ensuring compliance and supporting service line growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership for all emergency care operations across multiple sites
Oversee strategic planning, budget management, and performance improvement initiatives
Directly manage staffing (approximately 160 full-time equivalents), patient experience, and service metrics
Ensure compliance with clinical, financial, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with executive teams and medical staff on program development and innovation
Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and staff engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred (MSN, MHA, MBA, or equivalent)
Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
Minimum 5 years of recent leadership experience in a high-volume acute care emergency department (50,000+ visits annually)
BLS certification required
