Job Title: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13-week renewable contract

Salary: $1,814-$2,117/week

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a background in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing to join our team. As an integral member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality care to our patients during the night shift. This is a 13-week renewable contract position offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established policies.
Monitor and interpret vital signs, telemetry readings, and other relevant patient data.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean patient environment.
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Current Maryland RN license or Compact RN license (or ability to obtain).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with facility guidelines (Medical/Religious exemptions only).
