Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 (based on experience).
Annual Bonus: Eligible for up to 15%.

What You’ll Do:
Provide leadership to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
Enhance departmental performance through resource optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
Oversee patient flow to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
Develop education programs for patients and staff.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve healthcare goals.
Manage operations, including staffing, evaluations, and resource allocation.
Lead departmental projects and recommend new technologies/services.
Who You Are:
Experienced: At least 2-3 years of recent acute care experience at a Manager level in an adult inpatient setting.
Educated: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
Licensed: Active Registered Nurse license or Advanced Nurse Practitioner license.
Certified: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
About the Role:
Lead a 42-bed Med-Surg unit ("bread and butter" Med-Surg patients).
Manage a team of 57 FTEs, including a Manager, 4 Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs), RNs, LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
Collaborate with an engaged and motivated team.
Report to the ACNO, with growth opportunities to advance within the organization.
