Program Breakdown:

📘 Part 1 - StaRN Training (5-8 Weeks):

Instructor-led classroom training.
State-of-the-art simulation with comprehensive debriefs.
Obtain certifications needed for your chosen unit.
Training on charting systems.
Monday-Friday schedule with 40-hour work weeks (8-hour days).

🏥 Part 2 - StaRN Clinical Preceptorship (7-8 Weeks):

Conducted at the hospital.
Receive one-on-one training from a dedicated preceptor.
Regular development meetings and coaching.
Customized Coaching/Onboarding report.

🎓 Part 3 - HCA Residency Program (1st Year):

Transition to a full-time role after StaRN Program.
Ongoing mentorship with monthly interactions.
Complete an evidence-based capstone project.

Requirements:

✅ Current South Carolina RN license or ability to obtain.
🎓 Nursing degree from an accredited school within the past year.
📅 Commitment to a two-year, full-time role.
🗣️ Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
⏰ Full attendance during StaRN Training program.
