Director of Emergency Services Position in Richmond, VA

Salary: $110,552 to $176,862. (with bonus incentives)

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.

📜 Active RN license and ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and BLS certifications.
🚑 Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols and standards.

🏥 200-bed hospital with a 20-bed ER, handling 100 patients/day.
🧠 Specializes in Behavioral Health within the ER.
💼 Oversees 40 FTEs, reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
💼 Collaborates with contract labor and permanent employees.

Compensation and Benefits:

💰 Salary range: $110,552 to $143,707, with bonus incentives.
