🎯 Requirements:

NY License in hand
1 year of experience (exceptions considered)
Every other weekend availability
Willingness to float within the hospital when needed

💰 Competitive Compensation:

Charge Nurse: $5.00
Overtime Multiplier: 1.5%
On Call: $10.00
Holiday Pay: 1.5%

💼 Duties and Responsibilities:

Assessment, triage, and treatment of patients in a high-paced Telemetry unit
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
Continuous monitoring and interpretation of cardiac telemetry
Implement and manage nursing care plans
Documentation of patient progress and response to treatment
Adherence to hospital policies and procedures
Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in ongoing education and training programs
