🌟 Position Title: Nurse Manager of Pediatric ICU

Annual Salary Range: $100,000-$128,000
📍 Location: Dallas, TX
🕰️ Shift: Day shift (7-10 hrs/weekday)

Join our team at a 796-bed tertiary care center in North Texas, known for its state-of-the-art facilities and leading organ transplant program.

👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities:

Ensure patient safety in the PICU clinical practice environment.
Integrate effective communication skills and management of information.
Build partnerships with patients and significant others.
Implement process improvements and department-specific initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, Master’s degree preferred.
2+ years of RECENT ACUTE CARE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE PICU!
Current Texas RN license, BLS, and PALS certification required.
