Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: 152,734−152,734−200,000 (based on experience).

• Bonus Opportunity: 15% Director Bonus.

• Sign-On & Relocation Bonuses: Negotiable.

Role Highlights:

• Facilities Oversight:

  • Location 1: 12 operating rooms, robotic surgery capabilities, busy endoscopy center, and a newly launched cardiovascular program.

  • Location 2: 10 operating rooms, advanced surgical technologies, and a high-volume caseload.

• Team Size: Oversee 92 team members at one location and approximately 40 team members at the other.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies for surgical services.

• Manage operations, including pre/post-operative care, sterile processing, and scheduling.

• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost management.

• Cultivate strong relationships with medical staff and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

• Lead budgeting, resource allocation, and expense analysis efforts.

• Implement new services and technologies to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years in surgical services leadership.

  • Proven success managing operations at large, acute care facilities.

• Licensure & Certification:

  • Active RN or CST license required.

  • CNOR or CSSM certification preferred.

• Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver strategic growth in surgical services.
