What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission (TJC), and other regulatory agencies
Conduct audits, identify compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions
Lead accreditation readiness efforts and prepare for inspections/surveys
Train staff on evolving regulatory standards and quality best practices
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to ensure adherence to policies
Analyze data, monitor trends, and develop improvement strategies

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree required
✔ Experience: 1–3 years in accreditation, regulatory compliance, or healthcare quality
✔ Preferred Certifications: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent
✔ Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
✔ Passion: A commitment to regulatory excellence and patient safety
