Job Opportunity: Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Services

Base Pay Rate: $50.00/hr.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team . In this role, you will provide traditional outpatient therapy for mental health services, contributing to the well-being of our patients.

Job Details:

Position: Licensed Professional Counselor
Location: Baltimore, MD 21215
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Unit: 1Adult Outpatient Psych
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in mental health services
Certifications/Licenses: BLS, LCPC or LCSW-C license
Preferred: Experience with Cerner, CPI, MAB, and LCSW
COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
Flu Vaccine Requirement: Required (Medical Exemptions Only)

Responsibilities:

Conduct traditional outpatient therapy for mental health services.
Assess response to treatment and conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
Develop personalized plans of care and maintain a problem list.
Document patient care accurately and in accordance with the plan of care.
Adhere to NASW Code of Ethics and Standards of Home Health Care.
Demonstrate high-risk intervention skills and handle safety concerns effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

Overtime Multiplier: 1.5 after 40 hrs a week.
Additional Pay:
- Holiday: 1.5% (Observed Holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Requirements:

Valid Maryland or Compact license required .
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience.
References are required.
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
Return staff must have been away for at least 1 year; cases are reviewed individually.
