• 🚚 Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for candidates over 50 miles)
• ⏳ Schedule: Full-Time, Days (7 AM - 7 PM), Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ER operations during assigned shifts
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans
• Delegate nursing tasks appropriately while ensuring accountability
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the care process
• Maintain safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

✅ Active RN license (Tennessee or compact state)
✅ Minimum 2 years as an RN
✅ At least 2-3 years of ER nursing experience (Required for day shift)
✅ Prior Charge Nurse experience (Required for day shift)
✅ Certifications:

• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS & PALS – Obtain within 1 year of employment
• CPI (Crisis Prevention) – Obtain within 6 months of employment
  ✅ Trauma experience preferred
