🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Infection Prevention to lead and develop infection control programs within a large acute care hospital. This role requires expertise in regulatory compliance, epidemiology, and infection control initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop, implement, and evaluate infection control programs
✔️ Monitor infection surveillance, outbreak investigations, and epidemiology data
✔️ Educate & train staff on infection prevention best practices
✔️ Ensure hospital-wide compliance with health and safety regulations
✔️ Lead data-driven strategies to reduce infection rates & improve patient safety
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance infection control protocols

📋 What You Need to Succeed

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Health-Related Field Required | Master’s in Public Health Preferred
✅ Certification in Infection Control (CIC) Required
✅ 5+ Years of Infection Prevention Experience with Progressive Leadership Responsibilities
✅ 2+ Years Leading Infection Prevention Teams in Acute Care Settings
✅ Proficiency in Data Collection, Analysis, and Epidemiology Reporting
