Elevating Home Healthcare in Columbus: We're inviting dedicated Home Infusion Nurses to join our Columbus team, delivering personalized infusion treatments in patients' homes.

Role and Responsibilities:

🏡 Provide tailored home infusion care, focusing on individual patient needs.
💉 Skillfully administer IVIG and other specialized infusion treatments.
📊 Regularly evaluate patient health, modifying treatments as required.
📝 Diligently document treatment activities in the EMR, ensuring compliance.
🤝 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best patient outcomes.
🧰 Responsibly manage and maintain infusion equipment.
🎓 Educate patients and families on managing infusion therapies and overall health.

Qualifications:

🎓 Nursing degree with substantial RN experience, or as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
🆔 Active RN license in Georgia.
❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
🚗 Willing to travel locally in the Columbus area.
💻 Competent in EMR and healthcare software usage.
🌍 Committed to providing exceptional care in the Columbus community.

Additional Information:

🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
📅 Schedule: Day shift, includes weekends.
💲 Pay: $40-50/hr, experience-based.
