Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: 36.19−36.19−55.71 per hour (based on experience)

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)

Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing all unit operations during assigned shifts. This leadership role requires effective collaboration with staff, a focus on nursing care excellence, and alignment with the organization's mission to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless care transitions.

• Evaluate and enhance the quality of patient care services in collaboration with management.

• Foster teamwork to achieve improved service outcomes.

• Promote a patient-first philosophy and address service recovery needs.

• Support staff recruitment, training, and development, including managing personnel matters.

• Assist with staff scheduling and maintain productivity standards.

• Ensure proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in oncology.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • Active RN license in TX or compact state required.

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required.

  • ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).

Additional Information:

• Trauma Level: Level II.

• Virtual interviews available for non-local candidates.

Interview Process:

1. Intake interview with recruiter.

2. Co-interview with Unit Directors.

3. Peer interview and final interview with CNO.
