📋 Role Overview: As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, you'll:

Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Provide top-notch individual nursing care.
Administer medication, set up IVs, and operate equipment.
Engage actively with patients and physicians.
Contribute to team-oriented education and training.

📋 Primary Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab. Provide tailored nursing care.
Medication & Equipment: Administer prescribed medications, initiate IVs, and confidently operate necessary equipment.
Team Interaction: Foster collaborative relationships with patients, physicians, and fellow healthcare professionals.
Education & Training: Play an active role in team training, maintain staff competency, and assist with in-service scheduling.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all necessary records are timely and accurately maintained.

✨ Stand-Out Qualifications:

Texas or compact state RN license
BSN (or ADN with progression to BSN in our excellent tuition-free program).
1-2 years recent Cardiac Cath Lab acute care experience.
1 year of Critical Care experience.
BLS certification.

💰 Unbeatable Compensation:

Salary: $34/hr (1 year experience) – $42.92/hr (10 years experience) - $54/hr (20+ years experience)
On-call Differential: Extra $5/hr
Sign-on Bonus: $20k (Yes, you read that right!)
Relocation: On a case-by-case basis.
