  • 💰 Competitive Compensation: $34/hr. – $54/hr.

Position: Labor & Delivery, Arlington, TX-Nights/Weekend Differentials: $3.75 nights - $4.30 Weekends

Shift: Full Time Days 7A-7P or Full Time Nights 7P-7A

Responsibilities:

  • 👶 Assist with over 4,300 deliveries per year.
  • 🏨 Work in our busy 23-bed unit with a collaborative team.
  • 🩺 Provide care to acute patients with the support of techs, physicians, and nursing management.

Qualifications:

  • 🎓 Current Texas State RN license or compact license.
  • 🩺 Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
  • 🍼 Current NRP certification required.
  • 📚 BSN Highly Required.
  • 💼 May consider ADN if enrolled in a BSN program.

Additional Details:

  • 🏥 Must have at least 1 year of Hospital based L&D experience.
  • 🏢 Must have worked in a similar size L&D unit (4300 births a year).
  • 🏩 $60 million dollar expansion in progress.
