Role and Responsibilities:

🏡 Deliver tailored at-home infusion treatments to Boise patients.
💉 Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialized therapies.
📊 Conduct comprehensive health assessments, updating care plans accordingly.
📝 Ensure precise and thorough documentation in EMR.
🤝 Collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
🧰 Maintain and manage infusion equipment, ensuring high-quality care standards.
🎓 Educate patients and their families about their treatments and health management.

Qualifications:

🎓 Nursing degree with substantial RN experience or equivalent IV Certified LVN/LPN experience.
🆔 Active RN license in Idaho.
❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
🚗 Willingness for local travel in Boise for home visits.
💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
