💵 Salary: Min $110k - Mid $143k - Max $176k + Up to 22.5% bonus potential

Role and Responsibilities:

🕒 Shift: Full-Time, No Weekends. 24hr responsibility.
🚑 Oversee all surgical services operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
📈 Set strategic vision for the department, promote service line growth, and maintain strong physician relations.
🤝 Develop and lead programs to expand patient services and improve surgical procedures and patient care.
📋 Responsible for fiscal management, departmental operations, and staff leadership.

Qualifications:

🎓 BSN required; Master’s in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration preferred.
📜 Current RN license as per state law; CNOR, CSSM certifications preferred.
👔 Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in acute care management/director role in surgical services.
