📋 Job Responsibilities: As a Speech Language Pathologist at Ashland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, your duties will include:

✅ Conducting patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
📝 Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
💼 Providing speech therapy interventions and monitoring progress.
🤝 Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
📜 Educating patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises.
🏆 Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

📜 Requirements:

⚕️ Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia.
🎓 Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
💡 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🌟 Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
💻 Familiarity with electronic documentation tools is a plus.
