👩‍⚕️ Job Summary: 👨‍⚕️ As an ER Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating treatment plans to achieve nursing department goals. You'll be an integral part of our interdependent team, ensuring positive patient and department outcomes.

🌈 What You'll Do: 🌈 Duties and Responsibilities;

🏥 Manage patient flow, including screening, exam preparation, general nursing care, and arranging tests and admissions.
📋 Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions.
📊 Maintain and review patient records, including test results.
💉 Administer medications following physician orders.
🧼 Ensure rooms are stocked daily.
📞 Respond to and refer incoming calls, including phone triage when needed.

🎯 Qualifications: 🎯

🎓 Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing is required.
💼 Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State where you practice or hold a Compact/Multi-State RN license.
💓 Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification is required.
⚡ Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
👶 Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred.
🏥 Previous hospital-setting Registered Nurse experience is required.
