🏥 Nurse Manager of Cardiac Progressive Care - Fort Worth, TX
💵 Salary Range: $84,849 to $127,274 (based on years of experience)
🌟 Join Our Renowned Team: Seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager for our Cardiac Progressive Care unit to lead our team in providing top-tier cardiovascular care.

Role and Responsibilities:

🫀 Lead and manage the Cardiac Progressive Care unit, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with hospital policies and external regulatory guidelines.
📅 Full responsibility for the unit's day-to-day operations including patient care, staff management, and maintaining operational and capital budget goals.
🌐 Work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and Vice President of Cardiac Services to ensure seamless operation between the CVOR and CVICU.
🔍 Ensure safety and quality of care through strict adherence to safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
📜 Must hold a current RN license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
🏥 3-5 years of recent acute care leadership experience within a cardiac care unit.
💖 Current BCLS and ACLS certification; CCRN, CNA, or CCRN national certification preferred.
